Giedrė’s core practice focuses on corporate law and M&A. She advises on acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, investments, buyouts, joint ventures, reorganisations, group restructurings and other sophisticated corporate transactions. Her clients include Lithuanian businesses and international investors entering the Baltic markets, expanding their operations or executing exit strategies.
Her practice also covers strategic and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder relations, corporate governance, commercial agreements, business structuring, regulatory requirements and the resolution of complex situations between business partners.
Giedrė has significant experience in competition and regulatory law. She advises on merger control, compliance, data protection and other regulatory matters that frequently form an integral part of complex M&A and investment projects.
Her professional profile is further strengthened by her expertise at the intersection of law and technology. Giedrė is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and holds an LL.M. in LegalTech. Her interests and experience encompass data protection, artificial intelligence, FinTech, RegTech and other legal and regulatory aspects of technology-driven businesses.
Giedrė also has experience in employment law, project finance transactions. Her broad perspective enables her to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate sophisticated projects combining transactional, regulatory and commercial considerations.
