The regulatory environment for real estate development is expected to undergo significant changes this year. Although legislative changes and a new concept of building permits are still being developed and are subject to change, land acquisition is already underway, and development is planned to start in 2024 when the legislation, currently being drafted and negotiated, will be fully enforced.
To help you prepare for these changes, TRINITI JUREX’s Real Estate and Construction team organized a business breakfast-discussion for members of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association.
