TRINITI lawyer Arina Stivriņa informed visitors to the seventh Fleet & Mobility EXEX forum in Riga on 20 March on recent developments in the application of the General Data Protection Regulation and personal data protection.
During the presentation, the corporate myths about data protection were discussed, including in terms of vehicle operation, as well as actions of business, regulator and data subjects. The presentation also provided an insight into how to proceed to ensure that the processing of personal data is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation.
