Management Services to the New Estonian Transport Holdco

Triniti

TRINITI was retained to manage the newly established Estonian government holding company named OÜ Transpordi Varahaldus, founded by the decision of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of Estonia. TRINITI partners Ergo Blumfeldt and Tõnis Tamme were appointed as management board members of the new company.

The goal of OÜ Transpordi Varahaldus (TVH) is to function as a state-owned investment and holding company to finance and manage investments into fixed assets in the transportation sector.

Upon foundation, the Republic of Estonia invested 32 million EUR into the share capital of TVH. The first investment of the company was the acquisition of loan issued by Canadian export agency EDC for the acquisition of three Bombardier CRJ900 NextGen type passenger jet aircraft.
