Established in November 2011, Baltic business law firm TRINITI, celebrates 3 years of pan-Baltic integration.
With a team of over 50 professionals (including 12 partners), serving clients in 4 integrated cross-border practice groups, TRINITI today is among leading regional law firms in the Baltics. The years have been marked by significant achievements – the firm has handled over 1500 disputes, including representation of Delfi in historic court case against Estonia in the European Court of Human Rights regarding user generated content; advised all three Baltic governments in the establishment of Rail Baltic joint venture – the single largest infrastructure construction project in the region; advised in acquisition of Tallinn Power Station – one of the largest MBO-type transactions in the Baltic M&A history (project value of 90 MEUR); assisted in the development of the largest office, trade and multi-storey residential complex “Panorama Plaza” in Latvia (project value 60 MEUR).

TRINITI was formed three years ago by Baltic legal practices: Tamme Otsmann Ruus Vabamets from Estonia Treilons & Petrovics from Latvia and SSJ LLP (formerly known as Šarka Sabaliauskas Jankauskas) from Lithuania.
