TRINITI’s lawyer attended a training on state aid in Brussels


TRINITI Estonia’s lawyer Sandor Elias attended the Training on State Aid for Transport Services and Infrastructure on the 20th and 21st of October in Brussels.

The training concentrated on the topic with rising importance: whether and in which scope may the state interfere in market economy, including sectors which are traditionally controlled by the state like aiports and –lines, ports, railways etc. The training was held by academics, officials and representatives of the private sector. Inter alia, lecturers from EU, EFTA and Deutsche Bahn AG shared their knowledge and experience and gave their opinion. Lawyers, attorneys, government officials and specialists of transport sector from all over the Europe participated in the training.
