Latvian non-governmental organisation “Public and Private Partnership Association” (PPPA) elected Anri Leimanis to serve as its chairman. He was selected to the post based on his extensive government relations experience as well as the long-term successful work in the financial services sector.

Anri Leimanis stressed that his main target is to transform PPPA into a transparent discussions forum where representatives of the public sector and private businessmen regularly and purposefully discuss public infrastructure projects with a view to find the most effective designing, building and financing options, including PPP as one of them.

PPPA is an NGO established in 2002 with more than 30 members from the public and private sectors.
