Triniti Latvian partner appointed to a government task-force on state companies

Latvia’s Prime Minister Mr. V.Dombrovskis, appointed the partner of Triniti Latvian office Mr. Anri Leimanis to serve on the task force in charge of drafting a concept paper on State-Owned Company Governance reform in Latvia. The intended result of the reform is to improve corporate governance, accountability, transparency and effectiveness of state-owned assets.

Mr. Leimanis has also been elected to chair the supervisory board of “Latvia – China Business Council”, an NGO created to facilitate business between Latvia and China.

Mr. Leimanis also serves on the the Services Committee of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Management Board of Latvian Open Technologies Association, an NGO to promote use of open-code software.
