Two new partners promoted at TRINITI Estonia

As of October, the circle of partners at TRINITI Estonia includes attorney-at-laws Ergo Blumfeldt and Ramil Pärdi.

Attorney-at-law Ergo Blumfeldt is an experienced transaction adviser whose recent tasks include the advising of negotiations for the shareholders’ agreement of the Rail Baltic Joint Venture between Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, providing advice for the expansion of the Utilitas Group (the acquisition of the power-stations and district heating companies OÜ Tallinna Elektrijaam, AS Tallinna Küte and AS Eraküte) and for the restructuring of the national airline AS Estonian Air. As a partner, Ergo shall primarily deal with infrastructure and investment projects.

Attorney-at-law Ramil Pärdi is an experienced adviser in the fields of business law, real estate and migration law. As a partner, Ramil’s responsibility shall primarily be the sectors of IT and real estate. Ramil’s latest advisory projects include the division of a furniture and retail apparel producer AS Kitman-Thulema, as well as work and residential permit proceedings for international top specialists for Skype and Transferwise, advising clients in complex planning and zoning procedures, etc.
